overall service was very good and the staff was friendly and courteous. internet included in room rate, but not use of gym or sauna, which are for the gym+pool, or for gym+pool+sauna. lobby feel is odd in that the entrance level is a bit disorganized feeling, and then the main check in level (39/f) is also disorganized feeling with a ramshackle shopping arcade attached to it. room itself was decent and meets the minimum for 5 stars, but overall feel of the entire hotel is that it is more like 4 stars. however, i suppose that the existence of the amenities and features are sufficient to give it 5 stars.
